my anemone is stupid?????

my anemone keeps detaching and getting sucked up into my circulation pumps what do i need to do please help me asap i don,t want to loose a $50 anemone

My long tentacle done this for a while....I ended up putting cut up panty hose like socks over the powerheads...this will slow the flow some....and if he does get caught in the circulation pumps turn them off and let him work his way out. you will just have to let him decide where he wants to make his home in the reef. my LTA just settled down about two weeks ago. good luck

If it keeps detaching, it's not happy. What are your conditions and params?

i did the pant hoes and it seems right as i did that he found a home behind my rock..... lol my luck

+1 also sometimes water flow can be an issue.
