I'm not familiar with the "Water Tight Coating" product. Is that the actual name on the can? Where did you find it?

Rust-oleum leak seal, home depot, lowes.
It comes in black and clear.

I'm thinking that was the name and that it came from HD, black spray in a can that leaves a slight rubbery coating.
