Thought i'd share what ive been working on lately. The hatchery keeps me very busy. Ive got some very interesting fish coming up..

I'm drooling, they have amazing colors!
I had seen your other threads about your bloodline, nice work!
One question: I know is it comun illness for the clowns to get a slime coat in their bodies, I had a nice clown that inevitably end up w that, after a week or two he die. Not much I learn about treat him or act fast to avoid his loss, bummer.
Why does that happen to this specific species more than another?

@ joseayes - the slime could have been many things, really bad ich, marine velvet or even worse broklynella. this time of year brook is very rampent. I would quarentine any new fish addition and treat as needed. post a pic next time and ill tell you how to treat whatever the fish has.

thankx everyone.. unfortunately #5 is a pair ive put away that will hopefully breed for me in the next 2 years. they're a part of my broodstock. The above pairs are not for sale. Over 80% of my broodstock i have grown since they were juveniles and its taken me over 2 years to get them to breed. However my babies are for sale. Pm me if you have any requests.

I actually not running a tank right now but probably soon! And probably gonna have to get some of your hard work broodstock!
I believe the parasite that this clown had was more like marine velvet or even broklynella, bot could be hard to me to treat at that time since I was away from home when the symptoms started, so advanced when I finally noticed.
