Completely off track at this time.....BUT.....I had a teacher way back in elementary school that ate the entire apple, core, seeds and all. She said that it helped prevent cancer. She was really into hollistic meds and healthy living/eating.
Hmmmm come to think of it, she wasn't much bigger than a bird. Wonder how she's doing?
