Thanks for the info. BTW, the reason I don't google search too often is because I want to talk to people with experience. I value what you have been through and what to avoid. I feel if I ask here, I can get good follow-up advice. There is a wealth of info on-line (which I do research), but trust a person I can question versus a post or an article.
