All my fish are dead, I narrowed it down to a mouse pad that I put in the yesterday, which people told me it would be fine to put in there. I bought a tail spot blenny right before I got home and he is still in the bag, I can't put him in the tank. He needs to find a new home ASAP. I just paid $30 for him, I would like to get that back for him. But if not he still can't go in my tank. Someone please come get him NOW

Holy sugar, mine is running with an old mousepad for years...
I'm so sorry, man...

I suggested drawer liner a while ago for that purpose now you got me worried, sorry for your crash, sent you pm about the blenny

The mouse pads are usually safe, maybe it was sprayed with some chemical? That really stinks man.

I'd make a thread saying free fish, at least then more people would probably look. Sorry man, wish i was closer :/

Not that it helps a lot now, but any chance they were printed with some logos or anything?

I think its important here to identify if in fact it was the mouse pad or not. Is there anyway you can find the mouse pads brand name or better yet if it was recently purchased its sku?

I hooked up a carbon reactor so it will pull this crap out. Death toll 1 big yellow coris wrasse, 1 medium lighting wrasse, 1 small purple tang, 1 medium golden midas blenny, and if someone don't come get thus tail spot blenny he will be next. Hopefully corals pull thru.

Did you find a home for the fish? Hate to sound dumb but are they reef safe?

Sorry man! The blenny should be fine for a while. Do you have a 5gal bucket to put some fresh water and a power head in for him? Maybe some PVC to hide? Or does anyone have a QT system up and running to store him for you for a short while?

That sucks dude. My tank is open if you want to house the corals as I said earlier. You got a poly filter you can throw on there as well?

Yes, reef safe. I've had mine for 5 months now and he hasn't touched a thing. Sorry hud, if I were closer I'd house it for ya.
