Here's the story.REMEMBER I AM NEW AT THIS!!!! One MH burned out, to make sure it was the fixture and not the bulb I put the good bulb in the place where the burned out one was, and it worked. Smoothie told me to call Hellolights where I purchased the bulbs. Hello lighting is sending me a report to fill out and they assume it was a faulty bulb. Also ordered an extra just to be safe.
This morning I was going to put the fixture back up until I received the new bulb. When I turned it on just to test it .....it did not light. Therefore, I assumed it was not the bulb but my 3 month old Odessa fixture that was the culpret and asked Rit if he sold fixtures..I suddenly was in need. An hour later I felt bad that I had accused Hellolights of sending me a bad bulb so I gave it one last try. Suddenly the good lamp that I was testing in the other side of the fixture, that did not light earlier in the morning just lite up. Please remember I am new at this, the timer was set at OFF when I first tested the bulb....later the timer had come on and the bulb worked. So, Hellolights is still replacing the first bulb because it was only in use for 10 weeks. I hope you understood that becaue now I have confussed myself.
On the brighter side I have found that Rit has a red Lobo, and some red mushrooms that I can buy. So...that's all she wrote!!
