Need some top of tank ideas.

I have an AP24 with PC 40 watts. I have some zoas, sun polyps, bubble coral on the bottom of the tank but need to start moving up...
Any good CHEAP ideas for what I can put more towards the top part of my tank?
I have:
Bubble coral
sun polyps
greenish colored zoas
Zenia
clown fishies
royal gramma
MONSTER SALLY LIGHTFOOT CRAB - he's gotta go soon!
bunches of cerith snails - my order got doubled

How about a hammer? (I have a frag)...
I have 2 diffrent colors in my 12 nano under PC's and they do great! Growing like weeds!!!
Or a frogspawn too!
