Never knew how awesome even a green bubble tip anemone looks under LEDs - bubbled up immediately.

Just got this Sailfin Tang. Was funny as soon as I put him in he spread his fins as wide as they would go and stayed right in the middle of the tank. It was as if he was claiming his spot even though my Anthias and Coral Beauty were kinda challenging him.

The top of it glows neon green under blue LEDs. Any ideas? Got it for $5 about a month ago, looked brown and was about 1/2" tall. Growing pretty good.

Man, that BTA is looking good under those lights. He bubbled up pretty good too.

I like the Duncan too. I added a small 8, or so head frag to my tank yesterday, but, the colors are nothing like yours. Really liking the colors you have, there. Mine is more the color of your BTA.

That iPhone takes pretty good pictures to be a camera phone.

Yea it bubbled up immediately. I didn't know the green ones are almost a neon green. It looks a lot better than I thought it would. Was only $25!!

Got the GBTA and sailfin at a Local store in Macon called Macon pets, they got a shipment in Friday so I got this stuff while it was still bagged. The rest came from a fellow ARC member named imbrew8.

I'm definitely considering a red bubble tip as well. I can only imagine how awesome they look under LEDs.

Yea I got 2 different birdsnest, one looks like the base color is green. The "spongeodes" was a small $5 frag and has grown. It was initially brown but now has neon green on top. Will try and get a better pic.

Question, where should I place the tyree undata? I read mid to high in tank??? What do u think?

I have my main colony directly in the middle (front to back) and maybe 8" left of center in my DT. It is partially covered by a sideways sps colony and seemes to love it. Med flow and its under 8 5' overdriven t5s..

One thing i don't understand is why the Green bubble tip only bubbled up the day i put it in my tank, since then it shows no bubbles whatsoever. It had some tips bubbling up here on March 5th, but as of today I don't see any tips looking like that. Does anyone know why some bubble up and some don't? Or why some bubble up and then stop? The first pic is March 5th, 1 day after i put it in my tank. The 2nd pic was just a few minutes ago.
