New Fish

Ok I have been waiting on everything to calm down in my tank to tell everyone. Everyone is doing great. I now have a small powder brown and a 2 spot wrasse. I am in love with the wrasse (even though james (who is taking care of our fish while we're on vacation) has pro seen it more because I got it Saturday) I did get to see him go to bed in the sand on Saturday night My tang is doing great as well. I have been doubling the amount of metro in the food and the ich is getting much much better on him and one of my cardinals.*

So here is my fish list on my 65 reef:

1 snowflake clown
1 yellow watchmen goby
1 red fire fish
1 purple fire fish
1 powder brown tang
1 two spot wrasse
1 bangaii cardinal
1 red cardinal
1 lawnmower blenny
2 blue chromis*

All the fish are small but the 2 spot wrasse is about 3 inches long. The tang is about 2 inches. So a total of 11 small fish in a 65 gallon tank. I think that's perfect but thinking about taking the chromis out and getting another fish. What do y'all think?

That's gonna be a lot for a 65. Your going to need a nice skimmer for that much bioload. Are you planning on keeping corals as well? If so your going to need to keep up with the water changes. Most of those fish stay small so you will be fine for awhile. I would drop the chromis and be done with the rest you have on the list. I would also trade out something for a cool blenny like a tail spot or a midas.

I have a full reef with all corals. I have a great bio system. I have never ran a skimmer just carbon and cheme pure elite with filter floss. My nitrates are never above 10 or so.

Ooo so that is your current list. I thought you were saying that was your wish list. My bad. In that case I would remove the chromis and go with a tailspot blenny. Really cool fish with a lot of personality!

Yeah I have tried like 2 but for some reason they don't do good in my tank. But yeah its all good lol
