Will they go out of business? Not any time soon. They have a unique product that people are willing to pay for. I do not have a tank big enough to buy one of these, so I don't have a need. My question is this: Why has this thread had multiple people replying saying that they are overpriced? I'm guessing at this point, they are making money. Is there something wrong with that? I have 2 vortech pumps. Worth every penny IMO. As I started in this post:

The mp60 is now not going to have a max of 5500gph.
It now has 7500. BAM!

That's more like it. The 4500gph would barely be a step up from the MP40 (except the glass thickness thing) and I would have been surprised to see them sell for the original price with that limitation.
