New refugium lights!

Picked these up to make an algae scrubber but decided to try my hand at growing cheato again. Replaced the HOT5 fixture with these Chinese “black box” plant growing lights. A friend helped me make the frame to suspend them. I think it turned out great! “700” watts of led light should grow some serious chaeto!

I put a 1000w box on my chaeto, it grows really good, have to cut it in half every two weeks. Led grow lights are awesome, they can hurt your eyes though so be careful when they are on.

I have those lights on the lowest they will go and they still look super bright. I can't imagine running them on full power! Do you dim yours or run it full bright?
