New to anenome i need help

my anenome was nice and healthy i came home from shopping and it was all closed up and ugly i does anybody know whats going on plz help

Something.could have just touched it.that caused it.to close up how long has it been like that

he has been like that i say an hour or so

Its none. Uncommon for them to do that from time to time I wouldn't panic just yet.

it just scared me because it was hosting a fish fine yesterday now this

After a meal, an anemone will often deflate in order to push all of the waste out of its central cavity. When it does this, it pretty much deflates like a balloon.... they can shrink to like 1/10 their regular size.

I wouldn't worry too much about it... should be back to normal in a day or two. As long as it is sticky to the touch and not bleached, you are in good shape.

Mine is doing this 2-3 times a day, mine looks alot worse than the left pic and has white cottony looking flesh poking out too. I cant figure out why it is continually doing this. It rarely fully opens up, maybe once or twice in the month Ive had it...
