Newbie needs help with levels

Just want to make sure that I am progressing in the right direction. I filled tank last Saturday with dead rock from BRS and seeded it with LR yesterday. Here are my levels.

PH 8.01
Salinity 37
Ammonia .25 PPM
Nitrite 1.00 PPM
Nitrates 40.00 PPM

Are all these numbers on par for time of water in the tank?

If ammonia,nitrate and nitrite are all showing up, you are well on your way. If you're looking at how much longer of a cycle you're looking at, unfortunately nobody knows. With the levels the way they are, it seems like stuff is still dying of the rock.

looks okay to me, you might be a little confused on your salinity, if not it's a little high should be 35

bring that thing over to my place and we'll make a mark on it where 35 is supposed to be, and then just take a little water out and add fresh rodi in its place.

looks like you're right in the middle of your cycle..
