Hey guys been a long time since I've been on and posted. Started at Georgia Tech so not much time for the tank. But I'm on spring break this week so it time to do some much needed maintenance.

One thing I'm planning to due is re scape my rock and I'm looking for the epoxy that people use to secure the rock and fiberglass rods. If anyone has some I could buy or know of a west side LFS that might have it.

Thanks,
Colin

Thanks Seth that's the stuff I went with. Wish me luck with this project!

When you drill rock should it be dry?

I use the same cement. Didn't even bother to drill the rock. Stuff works great!

I've drilled rock wet and dry. Either way is fine, less dust when wet. Just make sure you rinse it off when you are done.

I would agree. What is critical is that the person doing the drilling should be very "Wet". Helps you be more creative. Hhehehehe

So I molded a few rocks on Saturday, and today it basically disintegrated from the rain water today. So I think its back to the drawing board.

Yeah I'm surprised. The box saves 10 minutes to set so I don't know how 2 days isn't long enough. I'm just glad that I noticed it before I put it into the tank.
