Pagoda Help-Not fully opening

I have had a pagoda frag for almost 4 months and it has rarely opened. I have moved it to medium light and from no low to little flow and it just doesn't open completely... my tank readings are as follows
CA 350
mag 1250
ph 8.3
alk 7
Nitrates <.10
Phos < .15

Please help

your nitrate and phosphate seem to be a little on the high side, and your calcium is pretty low. Try doing a 20% WC every couple of days to see if things change. Good luck.

Is your alk in dKH or meq/L?

They like a good bit of flow. Also consider what's in the immediate vicinity that could be irritating or stinging it.

Do you run carbon?

IMO your alk is a bit low. Try buffering it and that might perk it up a bit.
