Ever cut a hole in your stand only to regret it later? Or buy a stand with unwanted holes cut into it?

Here is a picture of some holes I patched. I took saw dust and wood glue and mixed the two together to form a mixture with a toothpaste like consistency. I then laid the panel on a flat surface with wax paper underneath. I used a putty knife to squeeze the mixture into the hole, placed wax paper on top and then set books on top of the holes.

After some sanding, this panel will be as good as new!

Nah, I am a bigger fan of Yankee Workshop and Rough Cut (it has a Tommy also!).

john, what are you doing, using that stand as a dart board looks like you got a few more to fill. jk.;)
I'm constantly filling holds all over my house with all the changes I make on a regular basics, I think I have the skill to fill any hold that you can come up with except the one in my pocket.

Those screw holes will be filled with wood putty. The others were to big for putty.

Also, FWIW, this took almost two days to dry.

Love New Yankee workshop. Just can't find it anymore.
