Pest? ID

I have never seen any thing like this im sure some one here has. it is a white body with pink orange legs. here are the best pics i could get. What is it? is is bad? i found it chilling on my frog spawn just hanging out. thanks for the help. has 8 legs and was crawling around my frogspawn trying to escape from my tongs. im really stumped on this one and its legs GLOW under blue leds so creepy and weird

Only thing that comes to mind is a sea spider, though that's a bit larger than the usual zooanthid type ive seen in the past.

Edit: Was your frogspawn showing signs of stress from it?
