Possible popeye or eye injury

I have a Lt Tang that has been in QT for a week or so. I have done 1 round of GQ. Started my second dose this morning. But then noticed this eye issue. Fish seems to be fine , eating well, very active etc.
Not sure how to approach this. Seems to have started after my first round of GQ. Any help would be appreciated.
