Problems purchasing from DT Aquarium Supplies

A couple of weeks ago I ordered several items from D&T Aquarium Supply and have not received them. Filed a complaint with paypal this week and got a note from D&T stating that 1 item was backordered. When I ordered, he confirmed that all of the items were in stock.

No communication before or since. I will probably be canceling the order next week if I don't get the items.

I do not recommend purchasing from D&T.

Could they be back-ordered with Neptune? That might be the problem. Don't know... just sayin'. I know their Apex units were 2 weeks back ordered when I inquired a couple of weeks ago.
