Random pic of the day thread

Just about done with the hardscape for the preschool tank. Need to break up a large rock to fill in the gaps and glue the rest of everything together.

I don't know why I'm obsessed with blue monti digi but I am and happy it's growing well.
Heck, now I want some. I dunno that I have room in my tank for it tho, lol. I need a bigger fish tank...

Oh wait, I have one. I just need to be able to afford to set it up 😅😂

The cat tower also doubles as a Barbie house

Funny, I have a cat tower right in front of one of my office windows, right next to my tank as well. It's KittyTV™!

It also doubles as a hold of random stuff, including my reef-spectrum camera lenses, my alk testing kit, a knife sharpener... and whatever else I don't have room for on my desk at a given moment, lol.

Fortunately none of mine have ever shown a real inclination to try to get on/in the tanks, but that's also what lids are for. Interestingly enough they've never shown any interest in the open-top pea puffer tank on the counter (man I really need a lid and a better light for that thing...). Occasionally they consider pawing at the glass when something catches their attention, but beyond that, they leave it alone.
