Random pic of the day thread

3am man! And I was thinking I'm the only idiot working at those hours
I'm a night-owl... and fortunately my current engagement is with a company on the west coast, so my days with them don't start till 12EST, letting me keep to something like my preferred schedule and get a decent amount of sleep. Won't last forever, though, and I'll likely be back to either going to bed earlier, or getting less sleep. Likely the latter.

This is also why I wanted a reverse-lit "display" refugium ever since I had my first tank ~19 years ago - because I'm up at all hours, and this way there's always something to see. Though in this case, this pic was taken in the display tank after lights had been 100% off for ~2 hours. I still have yet to spot any mini-brittles in my fuge, though I know I put some in there.

Sounds great. I had those hours for a while back in Texas doing contract work. Now it's just running flat out trying to get this little company of mine big enough to hire my replacement eventually.
