Does anybody have any experience with RedSea customer service? I have had my ReefWave for less than 2 weeks and the controller seems to be circling the drain. It was mounted under the stand, but hasn't been submerged or splashed. I'm hoping they'll replace it.
 
Red Sea customer service is pretty good- fair and they follow their warranties to the letter.
 
Red Sea customer service is great if you're the original owner. Even if you're not, they will try to help as much as they can. Send them an email, they are very responsive. I've received responses and action taken with 24 hours of first notice, as long as you provide them all the necessary request (proof of purchase, video / pic of issue, id, etc.).
