Reef Roids anyone??

I picked up some Reef Roids from Marine Depot (store credit) and wondered if anyone has ever used it?? its a $25 powder mix and I am target feeding it (product link below). used twice now...i also have a bottle of Kent liquid coral food (forgot name) a friend gave me and frankly, the corals really reacted to the Kent stuff during feeding alot more than the Reef Roids powder mixed stuff.. thoughts?.......talk amongst yourselves

How good are the Kent chems/supps & foods good for? a buddy gave me a ton of them but are at least 1-2 yrs old -use them? its $100's worth of products

I've never used the kent stuff but I have dose aquavitro' fuel. Which i think is simular. I did notice that the zoas I had reacted to the stuff.
