RESOLVED Typing on search tool

Is anyone experienced any issues while trying to use the search box while on móvil? I was able to type and search on it but now it seems that once I pull out the search box my keyboard won’t came out and it would be imposible to type. Any suggestions? I’m using safari on iPhone 8, never had issues before until now, already tried the Safari app but no luck. Just tried Google chrome with no luck either.

Yes me too, just ran across it yesterday. Just checked it again and same thing, no keyboard.

Hmm. Works on my iPhone and android. Literally nothing has changed on the server side. Doing a quick google search on it... it says to try a hard restart on your phone.

Mine appears to be working after the hard restart but I have to hold down on the search field before the keyboard shows up.

Thanks Jin. It seems that the whole page that shows the search tool has to be loaded in order for the phone to pull out the keyboard, or doing like Dave said long press on search after that it will pop out keyboard, got it, just funny because I thought it was the software update that I did on the phone, and actually it was different, you could click on the search tool, it will drop the banner on top and after that the keyboard would pop out in the bottom. Anyway, thanks for the help!
