Rimless Bonsai Reef with leds

Well I got my bulbs and my rockscape! :up:
When its done cycling, im going to add some livestock(daums reef lobster)!

Equiment:
Par 38 12k
2xtrue lumen 453nm
Fluval filter/heater combo
Lamp from target

can you remove the bulb cover from the lamp and run the par38 bulb "in air"? I'm worried about that bulb not getting enough ventilation

tank looks good, what size is that?

It has ventilation holes. Im going to see how hot it gets today and decide to take it off or keep it on.

Oh, the tank is a six gallon 15x10x10

Okay the fixture stays. It didnt get hot at all....

So, Im tryng to figure out stocking.
I have a tube nem and corals in there.
So I need help with the tank mates, something smart enough to stay away from the nem and smart enough not eat the corals
I was thinking about a painted frogfish, yasha w pistol, 2 flaming prawn gobies or a picasso/snoflake/plat clown.
What would you do? Im open to more suggestions.... I just want something different and striking.

For something that size..I would suggest yasha with a pistol shrimp or maybe a clown goby..

FYI be careful with that tube anemone in such a small space with the clowns. It will eat them given the chance.

Actually they are not as bad as carpet nems. and they feed on phytoplankton and cyclopeeze for the most part. Im expecting more sps frags to be put in here in the next week so far I have had nice coloration and growth under the leds and my zoas love it too. I may add a clam in the next few weeks too b.a. little reef!
