RO/DI question

how much pressure do you have going to it. are there any kinks in the lines

80 psi, do you have a booster pump?

Edit: what brand is it bro?

Edit: I would disconnect it going to the membrane and see if there is flow there. Then trouble shoot by removing each filter along the line and see if you have flow before but not after one of your filters

Edit: are any of the canisters clear?

I have a PSI gage, that's the PSI that reaches the system after it goes through the rest of the house. I'm not sure of the brand I bought it from Maplereddta (sp?) I wish I had a booster, I'm thinking that maybe 80 psi isn't enough?

it was a pure water club I think

Edit: 80 psi is enough trust me I run mine at like 37 to 40

Edit: its amazing you have that much pressure to start wish, alot of us would kill for that pressure without a booster pump

Edit: I dont think you have to worry about the di being clogged because the waste empties before it goes to the di. So its not even producing waste water right

hmmm thats strange, I would think the membrane has failed and all the water is flowing around it rather than through it

Edit: disconnect it after the membrane and see if water is flowing into the di part

check all your connections to and from membrane. also, check your flow valve, and you have a backflow prevention valve that could be screwed. check auto shutoff. This happened to me, I wound up replacing the valves, and it was the check valve, btw.

I cannot figure this thing out, I've tried everything. Maybe it was just on it's last leg? I'm seriously frustrated with it.

surely this isn't first time you've attempted to make water. It was working perfectly before I shipped it. Can you take some pictures with it all apart so we can help you re-assemble it?

LOL no this isn't the first time I've made water lol. Yes i can give me a second to take the pics.

Please don't take any offense, it is not your fault by any means. Just in case I may have come across that way.
