Seachem Pond Matrix

I just got a gallon of this stuff and plan on running it in my system. I have an idea of how I am going to run it but would like to hear from others who might be using it. How do you have in in your tank? What kind of maintenance do you do to it? How does it work for you? Etc?

i filled my overflow about halfway up.....seemed to work....since its larger than the regular matrix you shouldnt have to worry about it floating up and clogging the drain....but thats just what i did...
