Seio Polario experience anyone?

I'm looking to upgrade the flow in my frag tank. Currently I have some tunze nanos and a tunze 6060 in there but I'd like to add alternating flow. I can't really use vortechs effectively because one side of the tank is the actual overflow.

Anyways, I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience good or bad with a polario. They seem reasonably priced for a controllable powerhead that can push water in both directions at up to ~5000gph.
