I agree with you. If you have to ask, it's because your interested, not unqualified.

Anyways...I'm interested in hearing how this goes. Wether and egg or hatched, please keep us/me posted. I have a 75g that I am about to break down and sell, but have thought about going predator with it. Also, as a Dad too, a shark egg would be sweeeet as a gift for a young dude. Mine is 1 1/2, so he gets excited at billboards with fish. Hehe.

Right on. If you're asking these questions, that appears to imply you haven't done any research, and if you haven't done any research, your chances of keeping these difficult creatures is greatly diminished.
 
Agreed, the OP is putting the cart before the horse, but I think we're missing the fact that starting this thread in the first place was one part of his apparent research.

At least I see that as being the spirit in which the OP intended.

We all want things in this hobby that just can't be, and I applaud the OP for asking before purchasing.

I feel, IMHO, FWIW, we should temper our responses least people stop asking for fear of the response, and do it anyway, hoping it will work.
