I chose 1"-1.5", closer to 1"-38 fish in seven tanks-smallest is a tail spot blenny, largest is a XL foxface. I have one that will be out growing him soon, its a french angel. "I believe that water changes will fix just about anything" Holley

I'm actually quite low right now. I had one fish just disappear...a green chromis that was over 3 years old and then I had a goby do a dive over the side. So it's currently .169" per gallon.

I kinda think that it would actually help with the load since the fish would be utilizing some of the food and retaining some of the nutrients. Just thinking out loud here.lol

Agreed. It's not a net zero process; X food intake yields less than X poo... a large part is fuel to "run" the fish.
