spagetti worm(s) irritating zoas

So I have a pretty good sized frag of keds reds, about 30 polyps. However, 2/3s of them are closed at any given time due to what I believe are spagetti worms, or a individual specimen with lots of tentacles, that came with the frag.

Any ideas on how to get rid of them? I have isolated this frag away from everything else so nearby zoas are not irritated. I have tried a strong iodine dip, but this did nothing. Predators (like CBBF) are not an option since this is a 18" cube.

Spagetti worms have to eat, zoos don't
I would quaritine the frag to make sure the worm starves. It will either move or die. Either way, you win.

I successfully erradicated a nudibranch problem in my tank by dipping all my zoas in FW, with very few casualties. It's harsh, but zoas can handle it while most other things (including the pests) can't.

I didn't try FW. How long should I try?

Is there a specific spot they tentacles are coming out? You could try to glue/epoxy the hole if that's the case. It worked for me but there was plenty of room between the zoas where the tentacles seemed to concentrate.

Scissors snips. Cut there heads off causing open wounds or death. Then a 30 sec fw dip much easier to kill something already wounded.

Well I tried a 15 minute Coral RX Pro dip, they seem to like it like they were in a hot tub.

A 10 minute FW dip also did nothing.

So I cut the frag up in 3 pieces since I couldn't tell where the worm(s) were coming out from. One of the pieces has the worms. I might just have to toss that piece. I am afraid anything that would kill the worms would more than kill the polyps. They are really tough.
