Somehow my purple tilefish squeezed through a super small gap in my screen (I didn't close it all the way apparently) and now I'd like to get another one.

Who has purple tilefish for sale locally? Would love a flasher as well if you can find one.

Flashers are awesome, but I have yet to hear of any stories where one had been kept longer than 6months. Most of the ones I've seen haven't lasted a month, even with moderately experienced keepers.

Aquarium Outfitters in Athens had a nice tilefish this last week - don't know if it sold

marine designs has a few purples and flashers in the display they should sell them to you they were in good shape and swimming flat good sign with those guys they can have swim bladder problems from collection

Marine Design does not sell from their show tanks, ever.

They were gona sell them to me for 65 each on the purple 85 on the flash

FYI - Warehouse just got in a couple nice tilefish. 2 large bluehead and 2 large red lined / skunk. I'm picking my purple up from Pure tomorrow.
