It's not to bad just as long as it's off that much on one plane only if it's off on both planes there is 1 low corner which will induce a tweak in the tank. While its empty is the time to add a shim to get it dead nuts. When you get it full you will have peace of mind it's right and not have to worry about it being tweaked.
 
Can't wait to see the finished product. Are you gonna have a refugium? If so have thought about placement for your light?

Off your return pump plumbing add a tee so you can have outlets for things like the uv sterilizer, and reactors. Be sure to ad valve's to control the flow to the outlets

How do i block the water from just coming out of the t though?
 
Valves. I'm just throwing it out there it's not something you have to do but it's one of the things you will want later down the road
