i forgot about it and i went to pull around while the wife paid. i remembered about 15min down the road. but the way it's worded on the receipt is it's a discount after the fact.

well a small update.

i'm swapping out the 55 sump for a 75 but due to space and area of install and with the other tank to be installed in the future i was forced to drill thru the baffles so i could have a center return but an external pump. the main reason i did double baffles was due to wanting to keep what ever i have in the fuge or skimmer side in it. i might need to put a fish in the skimmer side temporary and did not want it taking a trip. i'm running 1" returns but i ran 1 1/2 thru the sump.

I have not decide how i will do the drains or filter socks yet. the smaller hole is for water changes. in the old 55 i had to cycle the pump to start the siphon and then use the reactor pump to transfer the water from the right side to the left where the pump is.

my idea is to be able to flood the sump with new water and let it run for a while and then open the BV and it will lower the water to the correct level. i do vacuum the sand some but not a lot
