The individual reflectors reflect the light around the bulb instaed of putting it in a big reflector that the other bulbs block the light. The single reflectors that are curved around each bulb work also. You just don't want the Big flat one that covers all the bulbs. You want to look for a parabolic design because it does the best job at getting the light from the top of the bulb back down and around it.salt reefer;414311 wrote: why individual reflectors ? the n have has a one ibundividual sections to reflct each bulb. im clueless
