Any ideas what it is? Looks like whole wheat ramen noodles... For size perspective that round hole below it is the end of a 1" pipe that goes under the sand bed.

I didn't even consider that it might be eggs. Mayb it should be left alone and only observed

I do have a sea hare. I had two until a couple weeks ago, but I returned one to Pure Reef.
