Tulip snail?

Got a hitch hiker from somewhere... It has a siphon that it was waving around in the water. I think its a tulip snail from my google searches but I trust you folks more (i'm not sure if there is a valid reason for this). I have it isolated now and my 10g nano is almost done cycling so that may be its new home depending on what it eats. It wouldn't have found it but i was observing the encrusting bivalve in the upper left of the picture that I thought was a fossil until I noticed it was alive tonight. This is why I love reef tanks! What is this guy?

So you don't know if there is a valid reason to trust our opinion?
So why ask??

I say that is a Nassarius snail - but not sure if I can be trusted...
 
sorry, it was a bit of a joke. I get good info from the members here. Just going off the fact that its a forum and there is some irony to going to folks you don't know on the internet to confirm or deny info from other websites. No offence meant and don't worry, I will continue to pay my dues (-=
