Unknown Reef Worm

So last night I turned off the pumps to my reef tank while I was adding some copepods. All of a sudden out of nowhere I see this weird worm thing swimming around in the open! I still have no idea what it is, looks similar to a Bristle worm but is not one. Not knowing if it was good or bad I caught it and placed it in a small 3 gallon tank. While in there it split into 5 individual worms, all swimming around like crazy with no sense in direction. Here is a video of the worm. Does anybody know what this is???

Looks like a tapeworm
But I haven't ever seen one outside a host

Holy crap. That's worse than any horror movie. I would have been listing my entire system for sale if my wife had seen that come out of my tank.
