I'm gonna wait for some long-term reviews and for prices to come down (at least I assume they will). If someone on here gives this a try I'd love to hear about it!

Looks legit based on the Chinese Taobao reviews. But it seems that it's released only recently and not many reviews yet. People are saying it's pretty much the same as the MP40.
It's also cheaper on Taobao about 80 USD without shipping. Thinking of buying it on the Chinese Taobao platform and shipped to the US.

That's awesome news. It's a great thing to get some competition going to drive some prices down. I know vortec is a great company but it would be nice to see the prices go down some, or at least somebody brings something new in comparable, to help make this hobby more affordable.

The suction cups is bothering me… it shouldn’t … but it is lol
I've been wondering if it would work without the suction cups. The magnets are supposedly pretty strong, so I wonder if you could just slice off the suction cups with a razor blade leaving just a smooth rubber surface lol

I think it’s for stabilization. The way the prop shakes makes me assume it can get off balance easily without the suction to hold it in place
