I bought both my mp40's for that price as well. $370 shipped. I also bought my mp10wes for $220 shipped. All new in box. I'd be interested in knowing the lowest price as well

Is the ebay seller an "Authorized Dealer"? It's a double edged sword. An authorized dealer can't publicly post below "x" price but your product is under warranty. You can buy cheaper from some sellers but Ecotech will not back up the product. I'm very glad I got mine from an authorized dealer. I already had a spacer and wetside that was defective. Ecotech replaced them both with lightening speed.
(I didn't pay anywhere near retail either)

I'm not sure if the guy I bought my mp40 from eBay was or not but I did get both the wet sides replaced from ecotech with no trouble. I registered my mp40s and I just used the guys sn was the company. Lol

I guess that's a true testament Ecotech Marine. And, enforces the "you get what you pay for" mind set.

I don't think they are because they just started selling on ebay but i'm pretty sure each unit has a manufacture date and as long as you register them I would think they would honor the warranty but I could be wrong.I would think they would atleast warranty the product for the warranty period from the date of manufacture.I have learned more expensive lessons than that before.lol

As long as they come in a factory sealed box you should be fine. There is/was an ebay seller selling MP40ES pumps, but they were, in reality, converted new MP20s. They came in brown cardboard boxes and did not include a warranty card. As long as they work, no problem, but if you have an issue you might not be able to get warranty work, particularly if you presented it to EcoTech as an MP40 and did not know it was a converted MP20.

All the vortech pumps I've gotten from this seller on eBay has come in the sealed box with all paper work. New controllers and the works. Everything was still in the bubble wraps. Echotech does honor their warranty whenever I had problems with them.
