My tanks are low on water, the 14 gallon QT is blowing bubbles and the 34 gallon just needs to be topped off. With that said I did not go get fresh RO water today from the LFS because I will be going to Einsteins on Friday where I can get some from Chris (at least I hope :) ). Anyway can I add a couple of cups of salt water to the tank? Just to top it off.

I've purchased an RO/DI system but need it installed in a utility sink that I just bought. But before doing that i need the utility sink connected to the water source and drain outlet. Does anyone here do that type of work? Or can someone recommend a plumber? I am going to put the utility sink next to my washing machine in the laundry room, this way getting to the source of water should be easier.

I appreciate everyone's help.

You shouldn't topoff with salt water as it will raise the specific gravity. With that being said, depending on your specific gravity you MIGHT be ok with doing so this time. What is your specific gravity?

you can get some ro water from publix. even Kroger. I wouldn't trust anybodies else though.

The last few lfs ro/di water that I tested (different ones) were 30-45 range on tds. Publix was at 7 to 10.

I will be in Snellville tomorrow after 5 pm visiting family. I can bring 10 gallons. You will have to come pick it up. Janmar Road, sorta behind Lowes on Scenic.

I really appreciate the offer, however will go to Kroger on Scenic as mysterybox suggested. Again, I really appreciate  Enjoy your family visit

With all of my luck you would have had to charge me more because it would have spilled on your way to snellville
