Yesterday Dylan ( Ripped tide) came over and did maintenence on our large reef tank. We owe him big time. He came to do a water change and ended up redoig the plumbing. He didn't get done till 11:30. We LOVE you!!! Tank looks amazing.

Thanh finally got the MRC reactor ... One of TWO...set up with gfo. Honey stop being lazy. We used only 1/2 of recommended atm. So let's hope all goes well and I don't make any more frags.

Had to buy another apex and redo the programs... Was alot easier 2nd time.

We will upload pics later

Thanks guys, you have a beautiful tank that will turn a frag into a nice colony within a few months! I had an epiphany this morning that could make the plumbing even better and we could run the pump full blast. We'll re-route all the drains into the compartment w/ the skimmer and have them feeding into filter socks. We'll add a manifold on the mag drive and have it slowly feeding the refugium and that will solve any splashing/flow issues. I'll probably give thanh a call or text later on and see what he thinks.

Not sure what his plumbing looks like but maybe a ball or gate valve put on the return going to the refugium? That's what I did with mine so I can control flow going to any given section of the sump.

That's pretty much what I had in mind, how ever, i'd have to re-do all of the current plumbing
