What do you keep Phosphate level at in your reef tank?

I'm very curious as to what everyone keeps their Phosphate levels at. I recently read an article called Flow lab on World Wide Corals. They keep theirs. 03-.08 as opposed to just 0.

My system runs at 0.00 without GFO or other phosphate reduction methods for some reason. I would like to have it a touch higher.

Currently at 0, wouldn't mind up to .05 though

Mine is around .05 with an ATS
