I'm looking around and trying to see what products others are using for target feeding of LPS and chalices.
What do you target feed your LPS?

I use Red Sea A and B amino acids/carbohydrates all the time. As for solid coral food, I use a mix of live phyto, BRS Reef Chili, and Marc Weiss Reef Bugs. I don't really spot feed, just turn off skimmer for a bit and dump in high flow area. I know most Marc Weiss products are bunk, but everything in the tank seems to like the reef bugs. All my fish, including my mandarin, and LPS eat up the larger particles. All my SPS, including acros, show good feeding response. They don't show a response with just the reef chili.

You would benefit well from either Reef Frenzy or Herbivore Frenzy as I recall you have a Tang or two.
You won't need to buy anything else. You can drop in a frozen chunk and let the fish swarm and pick at it as it quickly thaws. Super clean, no cloudiness. Or you can do what I do when I target feed. I thaw a few chunks about the size of a nickel. I use an ice cube tray. Using a Turkey Baster, I feed each coral... including my Chalice. There will be small enough pieces for them.
I just brought Pure Reef a big shipment from Larry's on Thursday. This latest shipment also had the Probiotics added. Something Larry has been working on and testing for a good whole now. Had it all Lab tested with huge results. Pretty big step as this Probiotics goes dormant from the freeze, but lives through it, unlike a dried food that mentions it has Probiotics. It's said that it does not survive being cooked and dried.
So head over to Pure Reef, there are 3 blends, but the 2 I mentioned above will suit your tank best.
You won't be disappointed! You will now be sale to discard all the other stuff you have in the freezer. Makes it easy for tank sitters too.

This is so crazy that so far almost nobody feeds the same thing. I guess the principle is to try something and see what the results are. If they aren't what you're looking for then move to the next product. Hhhmmm...I don't know that I like this much.

Trust me! Your corals will love this stuff. Heck, I enjoy target feeding. Watching the corals eat this food is good fun. For most it's not something they enjoy doing.
You will watch some corals open their mouths just to suck in what gets in the water flow. I've watched my Duncans inhale, literally inhale a piece of Reef Frenzy.
With everything that is in this mix, you will have everyone covered.
Your wife will be happy too, you won't own half of you freezer anymore hahaha.

I've always used PE Mysis as a constant, but I have varied the food's. Rod's food has gotten great results, but going with what MC524, the Reef Frenzy is an amazing food that can target all of your inverts, and fish. I enjoy doing the Mysis because it's really cool to see a head of Duncan, or Acan, take down a whole shrimp.
