Well everyone I have made a bit more progress. All the tank plumbing is finished. I still need to hook up the skimmer and CA reactor.The sump is an arcylic 75 with 4 baffels. Here are some pics from today. Remember this is still far from finished. LOL

Tonight I started on the canopy. It should be finished in a few days. I will post pics shortly.

Here are the canopy pics from tonight. I ran out of finishing nails so I had to rap it up for the night. LOL. The canopy is for 8 T-5's open top for heat and flip top for easy maintenance. Here is a pic.

Thanks man. I am going to try to find some skinny fans to put in the side for cooling also. The canopy will also be trimmed and stained to match the stand.

you should take a trip over to frys and look at the selection of fans they have there.

Did alittle work on the 120 today. I have the canopy all ready for paint and stain. Here are some shots from today.

Yes BB again. My 75RR was BB and it treated my well so I wanted to go BB again. Now I have always loved Mangroves but my last sump wouldn't work for them so I am going to create a Mangrove forest in the sump with 4 inches of sand. I am not putting the Mangroves in for any other reason than I love to look at them. I will have a 150HQi pendent over them and they can grow as tall as they like. I will just raise the pendent to accommodate them. Thanks for the kind works.

Thanks everyone. As of yesterday the skimmers up and running. I ordered my Icecap 660 and 2 more bulbs for the T-5's tonight. Tomorrow, I'm gonna paint the inside of the canopy and fill the nail holes with wood filler. I should be able to stain it by the weekend.

Update time again ARC. I have been able to spend the day on the 120. First I finished the electrical stuff. I was able to put a coat of white paint inside the canopy and last but not least I put 100LBS on sand in the sump for the Mangrove garden. Now everything is cloudy again LOL. I washed it for about 20-30min. Then slowly added it to the sump. Tomorrow I am gonna finish painting the canopy and get it ready for staining. Here are some pics from today.

- I tested my ammonia tonight it is lower than ever. It has been 1.00 for awhile now. Tonight it was .3 a few more wc's and some time then it will be ready for stocking
