bring your all up and you should see improvements. I keep alk at 12-14 dkh

My red planet has been getting that stringy stuff you speak of lately. I lost my pink tipped acro yesterday but my green slimer is doing great having similar issues as well I have cur my feedings back toto every other day this seems to be helping

I'd say the mag is high... but not a "problem". On the bright side... its probably helping with bad algae 
any safe ways to lower it without screwing up something else? )

hooked up cr140 Cal reactor.
~3 bubbles a sec
eff is a stuttering/stream
i dont have any 4ph calibration solution to cal the milw ph prob for the inside of the reactor, but it is saying 7.1ph
1250 psi in co2 tank
~50 psi on 2nd gauge
s alk = 7.15
h alk = 6.496
s cal = 455
s mag = 1590
i recalibrated ph for DT and it was OFF! it had said 8.55. after calibrating, it is at 7.87!
so i think mag is high
alk is low
ph is low
but i just turned on cal reactor so dont know if i should wait to see how system adjusts or mess around with stuff now??????????????

as of 8:18, inside ph of reactor is at 6.6ph and DT is 7.9ph
alk at 10dKH on salifert a few min ago.. everything looking pretty good..
inside of cal reactor is 7PH, DT is 8.09
