What is this crab? Friend or foe?

Hi,

Found this guy in my sump. May have come in with some snails I purchased or some plants I brought back. Any idea if he is a pest or not? Guess he is ok as long as he is in my refugium/sump.

I'm with John. He's cute and all but without knowing his growth potential, it's not worth the risk of not being able to catch him again if/when he becomes destructive.

Looks kind of like a juvi gorilla crab. Is he fuzzy?
