Can one of you guys tell me what this is in the photo? This one showed up in my frag tank, and I'm getting more and more of thme in my main tank. They're ugly and I'm wondering how to get rid of them.

Aiptasia. Theyre no good. They sting corals and spread quickly. Peppermint shrimps are known to eat them. There are a number of other ways of killing them too.
 
you can use a product like aptasia x, peppermint shrimp, or something like a aptasia eating filefish. All of the above should "zap" them

you can use peppermint shrimp (make sure it's the "correct species")

or buy Mrs. Wages Pickling Lime from grocer, add some RO water until you have the consistency of Wasabi sauce, much cheaper than Ap killers.....

then you just spread it on them?
