I woke up this morning to find this on my glass no idea, I touched it though and it sorta fell apart. Any ideas?

Yep. It's most likely that the eggs and/or larvae will be eaten, but some may make it and grow up.

It's not like freshwater where you can quickly become overrun - but if some make it, that's a bonus.

Will they just hatch and crawl away? Sadly I think ill be over run since my whole 2 fish are finiky/retarded.

If a bunch of them make it I'm sure you could trade lots of them for frags or sell them

Yep, hatch and crawl away or whatnot.

I do doubt you'll become overrun though. I had a continuous supply for a couple of years in my coral system at the shop, due to reproduction but despite having very few fish, I was not overrun.
